14-day returns
We want you to love your prayer outfit. If it is not right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with the pouch and any packaging included.
- For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn cannot be returned.
How to return an item
- Contact us through our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number.
- We will confirm the return address and next steps by email.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Unique prints
Every Maison Haya set is cut from a limited length of fabric, so the motif and colourway you receive are unique and will differ from the photographs on the product page — this is how the collection is designed, and it is explained on our One of a Kind page. It does not change your rights: if the print you receive is not for you, the same 14-day return or exchange applies, on the same conditions as any other order.
Exchanges
Would you prefer a different print? Mention it in your message — and tell us the colour or family you would like — and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
