About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of maison-haya.com and any purchase you make from us. Maison Haya (“we”, “us”, “our”) is based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details.
Products
Our prayer sets are sold by print family (Mosaic, Petal, Patchwork), not by individual design. Each set is cut from a limited length of printed fabric, so the motif and the colourway of the item you receive will differ from the photographs shown on the product page and from other sets in the same family. This is an intended characteristic of the product, described on our One of a Kind page, and is not a defect. The cut, the fabric, the size, the coverage and the matching pouch correspond to the product description.
Colour preferences noted at checkout are honoured where stock allows and are not guaranteed. Screens vary, so slight differences in colour between the images and the item you receive are also normal. None of the above limits your right to return or exchange an item under our Returns & Refunds policy.
All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We never see or store your full card details on our website. Payment is taken at the time you place your order.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing error. If a product was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatching and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email we send you acknowledges that we have received your order; the contract between us is formed when we dispatch your items. We may decline an order, for example if we cannot deliver to your address or if the item is unavailable.
Delivery
Delivery times, shipping fees and the countries we ship to are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays caused by customs or the courier are outside our control.
Any customs duties or import taxes applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, contact us through our contact page and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Once your order has arrived, our Returns & Refunds policy applies: you may return an item within 14 days of delivery, in unworn and unwashed condition. That policy forms part of these terms.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, photographs, the Maison Haya name and logo, and page design — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written consent.
Acceptable use
Please do not use this website in any way that is unlawful, that attempts to gain unauthorised access to it, or that interferes with its normal operation or with other visitors’ use of it.
Our responsibility to you
If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
